Quick Start Guide
This is a lightweight guide to help users understand the workflow, credits, and common actions inside AudioPrepper.
1) Upload Audio
Go to Dashboard → Upload and upload your audio file. Supported files are queued for processing after upload completes.
Open Upload Page2) Process and Review
Choose your processing stage and submit. You can monitor status in Files and open each file to review results before export.
Open Files3) Export Outputs
Download processed outputs from Exports. Use these files in your study or teaching workflow (including flashcard pipelines).
Open Exports4) Credits and Billing
Credits are consumed per processing job. The charge depends on job duration, processing stage, and minimum per-job credits. Visit Billing for a detailed usage breakdown and credit pack purchases.

1. Check average credits per job in Billing to estimate how long your balance will last.
2. Use the simulator to estimate credits for upcoming workloads before purchasing packs.
3. Watch “Used (Last 7 Days)” and “Used (30d)” trends to plan recurring usage.
Referral Program
1. Open Buy Credits to copy your personal referral link.
2. Share it with students or peers.
3. Referral credits are granted after the referred user becomes a paying customer.
Common Issues
Insufficient credits: Buy a credit pack in Billing, then resubmit your job.
Processing errors: Open the file or job view to see status details, then retry if needed.
Need help: Use the support contact in the footer or account area.
